This CD presents three complete collections of organ works by important old Czech organ composers. It includes the entire known organ works of Bohuslav Matěj Černohorský, edition of pieces Eight Toccatas and Fugues by Josef Ferdinand Norbert Seger, published in Leipzig in 1793, and a cycle of six fugues by Jan Křtitel Vaňhal from his late period, published in Vienna in 1810. The aforementioned authors have transcended their native country in terms of reputation and influence.
